Border Biscuits The Legendary Dark Chocolate Ginger 150g (Pack of 6)

These cookies were given to me as a gift; I liked them so much, I bought more for myself and for gifts!

I am a big ginger lover (and I like dark chocolate, too). These cookies are the perfect combination of flavors. The ginger is wonderfully full flavored and the dark chocolate melts in your mouth. I love the effect of the strong ginger softened by the rich chocolate. I have to say it: these are now my very favorite cookie.I bought two more orders because I shared them with others and they loved them too and they 'went away' so fast. I have stashed a couple of boxes away for myself. I hope these are always available on Amazon because I couldn't find them in any store near me here in Oregon.I do recommend these cookies to everyone but please don't buy them all up;)

Rich chocolate and a most enjoyable ginger biscuit inside. One of my favorites!

Paid a premium to get this British treat, but dismayed when I opened them and all the cookies (biscuits) were melee together and can’t be pried apart without breaking. Still yummy, but can’t really share with guests without being embarrassed by serving in “chunks”.

Very strong but nice ginger presence. Dark chocolate coating excellent too.

I have ordered these on numerous times without issue.However my recent order had succumbed to “chocolate bloom” which is caused by temperature fluctuations.I realize that this is a risk,and entirely unpredictable only you can decide if is worth it,as it does impair the texture and flavor.

Amazing flavor. However, delivery was extremely problematic. They made the mistake and wanted to charge me for another delivery. They did't respond to any attempt to communicate with them.The first delivery was wonderful - directly by Amazon? The second delivery was by DPD of United Kingdom. They delivered on a different day than advised so I wasn't home to receive it. They emailed that the address wasn't viable. Definitely correct address. What proves it - they left a notice on door. They would need specific instructions for safe place to put if I wasn't home. Specific instructions were in CAPITAL LETTERS letters right below address. They would charge a fee for redelivery. Link to reschedule delivery wasn't functional - "no authorization" for me to use. Contacted seller 2X on Amazon website. No response whatsoever. If delivery through DPD - DON'T DO IT.
