The toaster works very well, the slots are nice and wide to easily toast bagels or thick bread. It is simple to operate. The first toast cycle does give off a slight odor, but that's the end of it. I love the look of the appliance with the copper accents. I recently bought a coffee station from Amazon with copper accents and now my counter space has an upscale look.

I wanted this toaster for so long and finally got it. It’s cool but it looks cheap, the copper is plastic does not really look like copper

Great looking toaster but does not toast well. Have to repeat toasting in order to get toasted bread!

Ordered this for the wife after she fell in love with the design. She is very happy with it, and I found the simple controls up front make it easy to use, even for me!Well, as for function, it makes toast. And it does it very well.We both would have liked to have the crumb drawers slide out from the front for convenience, but that's a very minor quibble that doesn't detract from the design and build of the unit.
