Ring Alarm Motion Detector

Might be the gen 1 version, but at the price it was discounted to couldn't pass up. Seemlessly integrated to the base station/alarm hub. Very swiftly set up and working. Detects movements quickly and reports to your phone any unplanned movements. Quick to trigger alarm if set and sees movements and so far not had any false alarms. Would recommend, just a shame I guess stock has sold out as no longer available.

I’ve been using the Ring Motion Sensor Gen 1 alongside the Gen 2, and honestly, both work just as well. The Gen 1 has been super reliable, with quick motion detection and solid connectivity. I haven’t noticed any drop in performance compared to the newer model. Both sensors have kept my home secure, and I trust Ring for quality. Definitely a 5-star product!

I love my ring doorbell so when I moved to a new house I couldn’t wait to buy the alarm system. It is amazing The installation is simply but I Recommend you take the time to set it up properly. Overall I love it and the best thing is you can turn on the alarm when your out incase you forget

Found it a bit difficult to fit, but love the ring system

I have the newer gen2 Ring Alarm system. I needed another sensor for a spare room and saw this one from the 1st gen system. Really pleased this could be added to my newer system just as easily as the newer kit. Simple to setup and install either with screws or adhesive pads provided

Great product

The kit comes with easy to follow instructions. The box itself is neatly laid out with what goes with what. I bought 2 extra sensors for the configuration of my house and so far it’s been great. You can change some of the settings and tones for each one, great if you have one on the front door like me that then sounds different to the rest. You can add people to it and give people like cleaners (which I don’t have) a code or time slot to use the code in without giving the full details away which is awesome. Deffo recommend the product, even thinking of talking to some of my neighbours about them getting set up too and have our own version of neighbourhood watch set up by phone!
