Listen, first of all my skin is sensitive. But during pregnancy I got the worse leg cramps. This stuff does not feel good on my skin by itself. I found the trick though I'd apply lavender lotion first and then spray this on top. Without a doubt I did not go a day without spraying this all over my legs and feet. Got Hooked on the old look bottle version
This seemed to work better when it was the older bottle , it still works better than other's I have tried, maybe it is some ion form of Magnesium which absorbs better???

Helping me to finally get good sleep near end of pregnancy
I'm nearing end of third trimester and have been having a hard time sleeping plus was having consistent leg cramps. I tried it for the first time and sprayed it all over my calves and WOW it burned. Honestly I was upset that I couldn't return it but then found out that will happen if you lack magnesium. So the other day I tried just spraying it on my feet the last few nights and I'm finally getting deep sleep again AND not having leg cramps. Not a big fan of how it feels on my feet that's why I'm giving it a 4 but the trade off to finally be sleeping is so worth it to me

Pleased with Product
Very pleased with the product. I get leg and foot cramps at night, and this is my go-to product.Within fifteen minutes or so after applying the cramps are totally gone. Just be aware that if you apply it on just shaved legs this will burn.

Caution ⚠️
Buyer beware!The only thing that’s good about this product is that I have learned to bypass the good reviews and read the bad reviews. This product is horrible. I sprayed it on my feet and my under arms and an under two minutes. I immediately begin to itch. At first I tried to ignore it thinking perhaps I was itching because this product is oily. Within 15 minutes I was so itchy I had to shower immediately. Unfortunately, the shower only dulled the itch. My foot has been itching so much that I now have a rash that looks terrible and I will have to go to urgent care because Hydro Cortizone nor Benadryl is working. Do not waste your time or money if you have sensitive skin and beware even if you don’t. I should have read the negative reviews. I would’ve never put my skin through this.
