No need for prescriptions, supplements, heating pad. This grounding mat works! I have severe inflamation pain in my lower and mid back, it becomes so severe it wakes me up when I sleep. After two days using the mat it was gone. How do I know it was because of the earthing pad? I stopped for two days and the pain came right back. I use it daily for 90 minutes while reading or watching TV. I'm not sure the exact amount of time needed, I may experiment. I am also encouraged there may be other benefits that are not so obvious. The mat is easy and convenient to use, and it doesnt cost anything to use, or require charging. The pad is comfortable, and it has a long cord.

I gave myself 30 days to review this grounding mat. I’m on day 3.As you can see in the photo my ankles and feet are swollen. I’m am Diabetic Type II- no complications as of yet.I had to write before my 30 days. Because I slept until 10am today. That never, ever happens. I’m usually up by 6:30am and sometimes in weird occasions I’m up at 3am. I say this to say… I woke up today so energetic… my legs don’t hurt. Sometimes I can barely walk. So energetic that I cleaned the whole bathroom, put new curtains, rugs etc. Then hit the kitchen. I haven’t been this energetic since before I contract Covid(2020) and SARS(2023). It was a long battle back to some stable health.Now to get back to the mat. At first I felt weird, all those feelings of spark like current going through my body. I felt them up my legs and finger tips. It scared me. I even bought all the gadgets to test the mat and outlet. Asking myself “ is this right?”. At one point I felt a heart flutter, nothing major. I guess anxiety kicked in on the unknown.Well if I’m going to feel energized and sleep better, then I will continue to use the mat. I put it by my recliner while I watch TV. Every time I sit there I’m plugged in.Again, I will put an update as I go through this process.Give it a try. For the price you can’t go wrong. If it dies y work for you send it back. This grounding mat is from a great company Hooga Health. They make the red light therapy device I use. I bought this grounding mat because I believe the company makes great products. They don’t disappoint. This grounding mat is great. I have lymphedema. I can feel a very slight vibration, my heels become sore and my legs have that restless leg syndrome after about 10 minutes. I assume this is normal and how the grounding mat works. After I’m off the Mat my legs begin to relax and I feel good. No aches, no heaviness, a slight loss of fluid. I’m able to get my compression socks on with less struggle. I would recommend this grounding mat above others for the very reasons, the price is lower than others, it’s made of equal material and the mat comes from a company with a great reputation for other health products.
