Wow this supplement really helps with experiencing clear thinking and wakeful clarity. I purchased them to support lucid dreaming and they have substantially helped me in their ability to increase vividness of dreams and dream recall. I become lucid in my dreams 95% of the time when I take one before going to sleep. The dose is to take two capsules but my body only needs one before going to sleep and it supports my endeavors for lucid dreaming. I find that taking two increases the vividness of my falling also experience but it does not necessarily support my attempts in lucid dreaming because the effects of the intensity wear off - my body simply doesn’t need that much at one time. So I take one capsule and it really helps. I also now and then take a capsule in the morning to experience the clarity it provides in thoughts before I start my day. This is really a great product the combination of these two Uridine and Choline seem exceptionally powerful and potent together. Great stuff!!!

after taking other supplements that claim to assist with memory, focus, clarity, I was not a believer until this product. I actually wasn’t even taking this supplement for those issues. This product was recommended to me for other reasons. However, after taking it for a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference. I am much more able to focus on the task at hand, which was really difficult before the supplement. my brain fogginess is gone, so I no longer walk into a room confused as to why I am there. my memory is considerably better! The best part is I can get more things done in a day. I just don’t feel so mentally overcome like before. I used used to feel inundated by my task list, and now I wake up looking forward to conquering my task list each day. My only hope is that they never discontinue this product. I was consuming 6 eggs a day for a while and decided I’d rather have my fats come from somewhere else and get a highly functional choline supp. I take an extremely affordable USP verified multivitamin also, so even less need for eggs, which get old eating daily no matter how I cook them. Returning to alpha-gpc after years off, and does as advertised.

I’ve been using this for over a year. I’m never sure if it’s just a pill I take with confidence it will help me or it really is helping. But I can tell you I feel less foggy, more alert, mentally I have zero old person slippage. (I’m 77 yrs old.) Are you uncertain? But it!! You won’t be disappointed.

The products are excellent; what I didn't like is that they left the package in the sun and I had to to put them in the refrigerator to cool them off.

I’ve been using various nootropics from different brands over the years. Alpha GPC was often a component of some of those. I had ordered a box set that included uridine and alpha separately but never took them together. Having them both in one is such a smooth time saver. You get all the alertness, focus, and recall you expect from good nootropics at a very reasonable price. I will say for me personally I’m very sensitive to most any substance, and if I take the recommended 2 capsules at one time I find it disturbs my sleep in a similar fashion to caffeine. But one in the morning provides something similar to Adderal, except without the euphoria and strain on blood pressure.

They are easy to take, have no after taste and I feel they do help with my head when I have severe tinitus and pressure.

Tried this in various combinations (before meals, after meals), but every time it produced unbearable sickness. Other brands, for some reason, don’t affect me. This is like low-level poison in my system.
