Is this sine waveform output to drive a motor? I mean that is it okay without connect the Hall inputs because the brushless motor doesnot output Hall?

It's not Sine output, it is switched DC 3 phase.

Can i use this for a hover board bldc motor? it has 5 wires for the hall sensor, where do those go? hu, hv, hw, gnd, and +10v?

those wires connect to the speed controller, the wires show the controller the position of the rotor so it knows how much power to put on each phase, if you didn't buy the speed controller with the motor you should get it or it will not run the way you want it to.

Can i use this on a motor without hall?

Yes you can. I have used them on a number of simple motors such as string trimmer motors.

Decent bldc controller

Had no issues setting it up to run. Had to get a second one as the first one did not work right the second one has run so far no issues on return or exchange.
