Callebaut Chocolate Milk 33.6 Percent Easi-Melt Buttons Callets 1 Kg (Pack of 2)

I bought a double pack of these delicious milk chocolate callets for making moulded choccies at Easter, and they did a super job, as usual. I just can't fault Callebaut products - I use them frequently for cooking, baking as well as making chocolates, there's nothing not to like.Except one thing.I'm lying on the sofa watching 'The Voice' or something similar, when OH comes in looking guilty, sheepishly bearing two ramekin dishes, each one filled with these callets.... "I just thought you might like a few of these....""Aw, go on, then..."I can't blame him. They're irresistible.I'll have to keep my next consignment hidden, and under lock and key. They're supposed to be for making things with, not idly scoffing them in front of the telly.Ah well.... Diets tomorrow.

Tasty, great for melting and making ganaches. Sets well. Good all rounder. Only thing, I've never used to make choc decirations so cant comment on its usability for more advanced cake decorating. I shall update review when I do.

Perfect for making hot chocolate, put into hot milk and stir! Really tasty, don't need a huge amount. Melt very quickly.
