Which country manufactured it?.

The first pair I bought were made in China and they were wonderful. I still use them after 10+ months.The next 3 pairs I ordered were made in Vietnam and were absolute crap! (returned all 3)

can I order a size 13 4E wide?

I know you can order a size 13, can't say about the 4E wide.

They are pretty light weight but have held up pretty well. It's been almost a year with them now.
