This product definitely eliminates the bags under eyes but if not applicated using the precise amount it can leave a white residue so then needs to be removed and start again, some mornings this may take several attempts which is annoying. Overall it is well worth giving it a try but only use the tiniest amount and I find not wiping it on but dabbing it, it seems to reduce the white residue somewhat. Make sure you keep your face in same position for at least 5 minutes too.

Ok these products are being over hyped on social media. I decided to try this product myself as I have naturally baggy eyes which runs in my family. Sometimes made worse by high pollen counts during summer months. Tried this a few times and no effects. I felt it tightening the skin under my eyes a little but it did nothing to reduce the bags. I think it smoothed find wrinkles slightly I will say.. so it may work for some. I wouldn't purchase it again.

Update: I think it’s only fair to update this review after receiving probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from the vendor and also the best news being the products stocked are now back to using the old and much better formula. No white streaks or residue, under 1 minute transformation from heavy eye bags to young bagless-eyes I’ve used several products and this version is the best.What’s going on with the formula. The older version was really good, no residue no white marks and the serum/cream was a very pale pink colour.This new version is a white serum and no matter how little product you use (half a grain of rice for both eyes) it’s leaving clear white marks.Have I just got a bad batch? I’m so disappointed as the older batch was really effective.
