I bought this product to shine in my large trees out back because they are clustered together. So; if you’re looking for a laser light for that purpose; this is not it. Yes, it’s weather proof & has a decent remote but the projection is a mess on trees. Would work on an indoor porch or outdoor porch or perhaps up against a flat light colored surface. Even maybe put it in a bedroom for some flair. But don’t buy to shine into trees.

The light effects were cool, but the usability sucked. When you unplug it, it loses its last setting, and restarts in annoying 'demo mode', where everything is flashing and changing. The remote only works some of the time, and this was a deal breaker for me, as I'm using it inside where need to control it. If you're just leaving it put outside, it might work for you. When the remote failed, I had to keep unplugging and replugging it several times to make it connect properly.

Junk. Also, although states for outdoor use, I'm sure this would not meet specifications for outdoor use. Uses a wall wart type plug on very thin 24 or 26 gauge wire. Not safe. Images are terrible. No brightness. Laser?? No way! This has the brightness of a 40 watt incandescent light bulb. Total garbage, I bought a similar item at a dollar store that was better. But $43.00?? You must be joking. I've rarely felt so 'ripped off'. Remember this company so you dont buy anything from them again!!

Hooked this up outside, shining toward the front of my house. I can’t even tell it’s on. It projects no images on the house. I moved it within 15 feet of the front entryway, same result; faint colors at best. I tried every setting I could find on the remote and nothing changes the dim results. Unless I’m doing something wrong, I cannot recommend this light.

This is a piece of junk product. MY box has clearly been returned at least 2-3 times! Beat to hell, and in disorder. ASLO and most importantly this is NOT outdoor rated. So, its worthless outside and impractical inside. Dumb.

I found this company about a year ago when I needed outdoor lighting for our business. The adapter for the lights failed after about 5 months and without hesitation they replaced it for free, standing by their warranty and exemplifying outstanding customer service. I didn't hesitate ordering from them again when I needed entertainment lighting for the upcoming holidays and all the time in between. The box arrived and my 3 kids immediately seized it, set it up in one of their rooms and had it mastered instantaneously with the remote. It's amazing how it can create a lighting experience that is so fluid and with so many variations. The only problem we have is the kids fighting over it. This is a great investment for easy, low maintenance, indoor/outdoor light shows.

I’ve purchased quality projection lights over the past several years. This was terrible. Just buy the real thing from Home Depot.

I like the lights but wish they were brighter and had a wider patter. No directions came with it so did not know what all the symbols on the remote meant. Probably did not get all the benefits of different patterns without the directions. I may buy a different one fit next Christmas to use in conjunction with this one. My neighbors had a better effect with their other brand.
