This fan is a very well made device and the installation was easy. The first step to selecting a bath fan ...
Recently our master bath fan died so I purchased this Delta Breez SIG110LED as a replacement from Amazon. This fan is a very well made device and the installation was easy. The first step to selecting a bath fan is to determine the number of cubic feet in your bathroom. Then divide that number by 60 (for 60 minutes) and multiply the result by 8 (for 8 air exchanges per hour). This gives you the size fan you should use. If the CFM is an in between number select the next highest CFM fan, so since my CFM calculation came to 105.6 CFM, I chose this 110 CFM fan I also chose not to use the night light feature so I did not connect it, if you decide to use the night light you will need to install a separate wall switch and wiring for it. The electrical connections are plug in type so if your house is wired with a 3 conductor wire, just cut off the plug ins on the white wires and splice them all together with a wire nut. The LED light is listed at 800 Lumens and about 2700-3000 Kelvin. 800 Lumens is the equivalent of a 60-75 watt incandescent light bulb. It's plenty bright! This fan can be installed from the room side if access to the ceiling is limited, although this could be a little harder. I took a hot shower when I was done and the mirror did not even steam up. All in all, a great product.

Not as powerful as the CFM number would indicate
Not as powerful as the CFM number would indicateI have two bathrooms which used to have Panasonic 90 CFM exhaust fans. The Panasonics were 10 years old and had a fluorescent light for which it was difficult to get a replacement, so I replaced both with the Delta Breez SIG110LEDs, which were rated as more powerful and silent. They were neither, they made a lot more noise, and also there was such a build up of moisture that sometimes a few drops would drip down from the exhaust fan grill after someone had a shower. My installer told me to go back to Panasonic as they are the better exhaust fans. I ended up throwing away my Deltas and getting these: https://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-FV-0510VSL1-WhisperValue-Fan-Light/dp/B075ZBF9HG/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=panasonic+WhisperValue&qid=1561876177&s=gateway&sr=8-5Even though the Panasonics are rated as less powerful and more noisy, they are neither, as compared to the Delta Breez SIG110LED. With the Panasonics I have no humidity build-up in either of my bathrooms, plus the fans are quieter.

Very quiet high volume exhaust fan
We used this exhaust fan in our master bath remodel from Jan 2019. We previously did not remove enough moisture after showering and developed a mold problem. I added a Leviton countdown timer to this fan and now we vent moisture out of bath area and dry the area. This fan is very quiet and moves alot of air. The built in Led light was only available in cool white, I asked the manufacturer about this and they said they would consider other options.

Noisier than expected
The item came and was delivered timely and packaged well. The instructions were fairly easy to follow I had a replacement of a existing unit. Through the ceiling which had its challenges all in all it went in ok. My disappointment came from my expectation of extremely quiet. This fan is kinda quiet but not whisper quiet.Pretty much as loud as most fans,

Great product!
This fan is so quiet. The light is sufficient for my purpose and fan absorbs so much of the moisture in the air that the mirrors don't fog at all when taking a hot shower. Great product!!

good air flow
Much easier to install than the Panasonic fans.Has wider flanges to attach to your furing strips.I Just didn't like the supplied brackets, too weak and hard to extend. As with most replacement installs, you need access to attic or you need to open up ceiling drywall to accept fan.
