This watch is exactly what I needed. I love the bracelet like quality it has. Other watches have been irritating because the strap is too right, or too loose. Once a week I work in the temple and we wear all white. So having this watch is perfect and does not distract others. The watch came o.k. a nice and soft bag also. I'm really happy I bought it!

this is the third time I have purchased one of these watches. The first one wouldn't keep time. Kept losing about 20 minutes a day. I returned it and purchased another one. It worked for a few months and then it started losing time. I discarded it. Now I purchased a third one and it is losing time every day. I don't know if the batteries are old or if it is a defect in the watch itself. Whatever the reason, I will NEVER purchase another one of these watches.

The item arrived with the handle snapped off. Much to my surprise there is no way to return this defective product or obtain a refund. Last time I will order a watch through an Amazon vendor.

Ordered this watch on Saturday and it arrived on Sunday early afternoon. The watch was exactly as pictured, the face was clear and easy to read and it fit perfectly. I paid almost the same for this new watch as it would have cost just for a battery for my old watch and I still would have had a very old, nearly falling apart time piece.

I like the watch very much and expect I will get lots of wear out of it over the summer. Keeps time well and is stylish. It is not as comfortable as other bangle watches I own, but this might change with more regular wearing.

I received the watch late and it did not work. I tried to get help through amazon prime and the team lead and was disrespectful and rude. Please read reviews before buying because I wished I had read them. Top Plaza is a horrible seller and Amazon Prime just said contact the seller. Please don't waste your time and buy the watches from Top Plaza.

If I had known there was a NO RETURN I would not have purchased. Watch was TOO big and fell right of my wrist. Tried to return, but company refused to take back and refund. Will never order anything from this company again.

Brand new out of package....I wore it for four hours before watch stopped working. Unable to return/exchange due to non-return policy for this item. Was unaware it wasn't returnable. Not worth the cost to deal with warranty or do trial and error with another battery.
