Love this brush. My dental hygenist I noticed had the whitest teeth ever. She mentioned she was using a new brush and told me about this. I love that I don't feel like I have to press it down on my teeth. I feel like I have less plaque when I floss too. Totally worth it!!

Better than other brands. Teeth feel clean alot longer. Brush heads don't turn frazzled as quickly. The head has a tiny rubber thing in middle. I think that massages and whitens teeth. I wouldn't say my teeth are whiter but it's cool to have 3 modes massage, whitening, and regular. Pretty colors. Easy to use and understand instructions. Worth the price. I hope this brand never goes away.

We bought this toothbrush based on a recommendation from our dentist... we have now purchased 2 of them, plus additional brushes. After experiencing a deep cleaning at my latest dental appointment, I figured it was time to listen to my dentist. I'm not one who flosses and I was told my gums were pushing up and that I should switch from my normal brush to the Burst brush (to help maintain the health of my gums). My wife swears by the brush, and now that I'm using it, I do also. It is gentle on the gums and it cleans my teeth. The unit holds its charge well and re-charges very quickly. It has 3 speeds settings which allows the user (me) to have a choice as to the power necessary. The brushes are designed in a way that they actually get into the little crevasses in my tooth/gum line that my dental hygienist digs into every 6 months or so. The second unit we purchased is for one of our adult daughters and plan to purchase a third for another of our daughters. The additional brushes... my wife and I use the same unit, so we needed the additional brushes, plus like any toothbrush, the brushes eventually will wear out.

I just love that this brush has a way of switching modes that doesn't interfere with turning it on and off. Even though both operations are performed by the only button. I am coming from another high end one-button brush, which worked like this: once you press the button to switch it on, if you press it again within 3 seconds, it begins to cycle through the modes. And to shut it off, either you cycle through all the modes to the end, or let 3 seconds elapse and then press the button again. I don't know about you, but I happen to need to turn the brush on and off frequently and quickly at the end of my cleaning routine, while rinsing. So it goes like this, from the initial state of the brush being in your mouth, working:- switch off the brush- take it out of the mouth and rinse- put it back in the mouth, turn on, and work the water just a little to wash off some of the foam- repeat the above several timesI constantly ran into a situation where instead of switching off, it would go into cycling through the modes; I found that supremely annoying. Finally, with BURST, you can switch it on and off as frequently and quickly as you want; because to change a mode, you press and hold the button while the brush is off.Brilliant, just brilliant!! :) Thank you Burst! So good to know that some people who make toothbrushes actually try to use them too :)Folks, I didn't go into any other aspects of using this brush, but everything is just wonderful about it. Feels sturdy, high end, quiet, and does what it promises. I've just had it for one day at this point, so I promise to come back and update this review if my impression changes. So if you don't hear from me, consider it highly recommended!

This is the second Burst Toothbrush I have purchased. The first one lasted 4+ years and the battery no longer held a charge. Does a good job of cleaning without irritating my gums.

I am so happy to have an electric toothbrush again! My teeth feel so clean and my toothbrush is super cute. This electric toothbrush is rechargeable with replaceable brush heads. It isn't too heavy and the charging base fits perfectly on my counter.

I just finished my dental appointment. I’ve always had really bad plague and gum recession that I had to alternate between dentist and periodontist for cleaning every three months. I was also introduced to a lot of different tools to clean the gaps between my teeth like the little brushes, different floss, different picks, etc. and I was just using a regular, Oral-B electric toothbrush. Ever since I started using first, which was gifted to me by my friend for Xmas who is a hygienist, after the last cleaning at a periodontist in February, he told me I could come every four months instead of three, because my teeth and gums look very good. I don’t think any dentist ever said that to me where I could reduce the frequency of dental cleanings!!!!! I told my hygienist about the Burst toothbrush, but she has never heard of it. Four months later I was back at my general dentist. The scraping wasn’t hard and my gums were not sensitive. The whole process of cleaning took less than 30 minutes. He also said my plaque wasn’t bad at all!When you look at the shape and the bristles of the brush, then you will understand why this electric toothbrush outperforms the other electric toothbrushes with round brush heads. The bristles that stick out can get between your teeth and the gaps under your gums, which is where bacteria are hiding.I’m so glad I switched to Burst. It has saved me money and a lot of misery at the dentists! I wish I had started using this earlier but it’s never too late!
