You can use it in vertical and horizontal positions according to your convenience. The best part is you can also use it to remove odor and bugs! I highly recommend this steamer to anyone!

I bought this steamer after my friend recommended it for silk clothes. I was finding it so hard to iron my silk costumes , with fear that it will burn it. But when I saw it at my friend house, using it on silk costume, I was impressed . It very sturdy , has nice attachments for different purposes, you can use it as steamier or as an iron . Ease of use, large water tank, strong powerful steamer/iron , reasonable price and no fear of clothes getting burnt, makes it an excellent steamer. Moreover it sanitizes the clothes, so oh feel so good ti wear them and not have to worry for frequent washes. I love this steamer and highly recommend it.

There's not a lot of steamers that do what this one can. Not only can you steam your clothes vertically, but BAM, with a flip of switch, your steamer is now an ironing board. Say wahhhhh?? The set-up was a breeze and the entire steamer isn't heavy at all. It's light and easy to slide around. Many options are implemented where most steamers simply have an on/off function. This makes this steamer more advanced. Plus, it comes with many additional add-ons making it very versatile. Loving it so far, great job Pursteam! P.S. I'm known to always forget to turn off the steamer which ends up breaking the damn thing. So I'm GREATLY APPRECIATIVE of the standby function on this machine. Didn't realize until hours later that the light was still on, but nothing was hot and water was still in the tank. Other machines that said "standby" ... well they lie. I love this steamer :)

I used to manage my sister’s clothing store years ago. I was WELL ACQUAINTED with using a steamer. When I chose this particular model, I didn’t have high hopes that it would compare to the professional steamer at the store. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the Professional Series Garmet Steamer. Set up was a breeze. The head of the steamer is superior in quality from others. No corners were cut on the various parts of the steamer. The controls are easy to use. You can steam or iron your garments. The accessories with the steamer are very helpful. It takes about 40 second once you turn it on to the time you will have FULL STEAM. I tried it out on one of my husband’s hardest to iron shirts...3 minutes later his shirt looked better than if I had ironed it! If you’re considering a steamer I highly recommend this one. And this company has the best customer service a customer could ask for. They want you to be 100% satisfied with the product you purchase from them. I would give more stars if I could!

The product required some assembly but the included instructions were easy to follow and required no toolsOnce ready to use it took less than two minutes to go from an empty water tank to having steam coming out.I promptly searched the closet for some items that had been hung up for a while. The steamer did a good job of getting the wrinkles out. I usually have my clothes dry cleaned so am used to having neatly pressed clothes. The steam itself won't get the clothes that crisp obviously but will definitely make the clothes presentable. Having the option to go straight into ironing if needed is nice for tougher wrinkles. No need to get out the iron and ironing board.Overall I am happy with this steamer and would recommend it. One recommendation would be to have a hanger with clips available since there is no included way to hang pants for steaming.

Update: so this one star review is solely for the product not the Custimer service. This steamer gave up after only few uses. It just stopped working completely. I contacted Amazon they connected me with the seller, who is super responsive and immediately sent me a new unit. Sadly, the new unit was just as horrible, as you can see in the photos. Fresh out of box, as soon as I plug the unit in, water started leaking and exploding out of the iron before I even pressed the power button. I emailed the seller and sent them a video I took of the water leaking, they were very apologetic and credited me right away and told me don’t even bother to send the unit back. I appreciated the service but I really wish the unit worked. Super disappointed. Now I have to figure out how to dispose this thing. The seller needs serious quality control. I just ordered another brand, hopefully works.Previous review:This is a wonderful standing iron. Our old one broke so we got this one based on the wonderful reviews. Very happy with the purchase! My husband even enjoy using it. You can easily switch the button on the top of the iron and go from steam to straight iron or vice versa. I like the adjustable height and the ironing board a a lot. You can adjust the board as well to the angles you prefer!
