Very good book. Very straight forward and easy to understand and comes with every template you could possibly need to run and document your LLC.

No multi-member LLC information
The book is informative and does have some useful information. However, it does not have very much useful information on partnership LLCs or multi-member LLCs and did not come with a sample partnership or multi-member operating agreement. Not a great buy for me personally.
