The DM1 Wallet is a truly minimalist design – it’s a single piece of titanium, machined into the ideal shape and all sizes will securely retain as few as 1 identification or credit cards. When inserted, your cards are secured with an engaging click. The design eliminates any unnecessary parts, but securely and beautifully carries and protects your cards. It does NOT block RFID – so you can use building access cards and contact-less RFID credit cards without removing them from the DM1. The open front and back are ideal for photo ID cards like a drivers license. Just barely larger than a credit card, it will add no bulk to your pocket. Our products are CNC Machined from a single billet of solid Titanium. There are no screws, hinges, snaps, magnets, straps or rubber bands to break. The Brushed Titanium finish is scratch resistant and will look great for a long time. DMC Money Clip accessory also available. Available in 4-card / 8-card / 12-card sizes.

Best minimalist wallet ever!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I started off using bifold leather wallets like many people. Then I felt it just got too bulky and slow to pull out cash. The bulk came with the extra pockets. I was able to put more cards and cash in it. I cleaned it out and was like I don’t need to carry all these cards. Taking cash out of the fold consumes a 1/4 second to one second and minor fumbling with the bifold. Sounds like I’m too picky. But I like speed and convenience even at fractions. So then I moved onto a slim leather wallet. No folding. Kept my cash in a different pocket. The slim wallet worked perfect for me for a while. I can the cards that I want and cash was easily accessible in my pants pocket. Then the slim wallet started wearing. One day I was looking for a card and couldn’t find it. Turns out that the fold pockets loosened up and expanded. At this point, I decided to look into metal wallets to avoid wear and tear. I went online and did some research. Came across this Decedent Minimalist Wallet. I decided to order the eight card titanium version. Arrived a couple days later. It was perfect for my needs!!! I only carried cards in my last wallet. So I only needed a card holder. I love how the cards make a click sound when it slides into place. I shook it hard with two cards, four cards and eight cards. They do not come out!!! This is the best wallet ever!!!Titanium 8 card versionPros:-Minimal-Locks cards into place-Cards do not come out with hard shaking-Cool finishCons:-Finish can be easily scratched if you have other metal objects in the same pocket such as car keys (I started putting my car keys in my left pocket and this wallet on my right)-Top card will get scratched (not too big of a deal)

Minimalist Dream
This thing is as minimal as you can get. It's high quality and well made. My only small quibble is that getting cards in/out needs to be made easier. I have one of the metal cards that is actually the card that helps me get out the other cards easily...otherwise, it's very cool and VERY light.

Looks great but leaves scratches
It is very well machined and looks really nice. And the idea is clever. But all my cards have scratches close to the edges and this bothers me much.

Garbage
Total garbage , money wasted . Suppose to fit 8 cards but destroyed my work ID . Their customer service was very helpful ( NOT ) . Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere .

Love the design and weight of this minimalist cardholder / ...
I funded the Kickstarter campaign of this wallet with the money clip. Love the design and weight of this minimalist cardholder / wallet. However there is a fundamental flaw with it. The front/top card can easily get scratched up if inserted improperly.

No need for a money clip
Who needs a money clip with this? Hmmm - two debit cards, my Costco and BigY cards, driver's license, metro card, insurance card - that's only six slots out of eight, plenty of room to put a few folded bills in between, and still one more slot that I can't think of what to use for (I've got a ton of other cards that I use once a year or only for online, so why carry them with me?). The cards and bills come out smoothly. Genius-designed product. When I ordered, I was concerned about whether I had to get the money clip which actually negates the minimalist concept. As it turns out, no need. Front shirt pocket for this wallet is a go. Not only a really practical solution, if you like good engineering, you can handle it over and over and never get tired of admiring the design. The Ferrari of wallets.

Best minimalist out there - tested alongside others by 2 dudes
One of these turned into a second purchase! My boyfriend was looking for a minimalist wallet you can’t feel in your pocket to replace his rubber-band wrapped cards. I ordered several minimalist wallets and had my coworker be guinea pig, walking around with each in his pockets. My coworker loved this one so much and his birthday timed a few days later, so our team banded together and bought him one also! My boyfriend felt the same way about this one after he tried out the others at home too. Both my boyfriend and my coworker are exceptionally happy with this wallet, but there is a mild learning curve for getting the cards out. You have to make sure you hold the base of the U in one hand and keep all fingers from either hand holding device or inserting cards away from the other side with open edges. That’s where the wallet edge flexes to let the cards slide in and if it can’t flex your cards won’t go in. Your instinct is to push with your fingers on opening sides to put the card in and that stops the metal frame from being able to ever-so slightly open up as it needs to. Video reviews online help with showing the proper grip if you can’t get it at first. We also have found that metal cards like the Chase Sapphire card are slightly bigger/thicker and makes it harder to get into the opening for a stretch. Eventually, you do shave a tiny bit of the edge off the card with every insertion and use of the Devi d and eventually it starts fitting much more easily. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it if you don’t want any bulk in your pocket, you wear skinnier jeans and you have less than 8 cards.

This is a great minimalist wallet
This is a great minimalist wallet. I've been using close to a year now and no faults, works perfectly. Holds cards tights, holds up to use, just great. I use it with the titanium money clip. The only thing I can think of is that I may need to upgrade to more than 8 cards.
