This little light is AMAZING! There is no blue light or extreme brightness at all. It has a warm calming amber color and 2 settings of brightness. The light has a bendable cord that poses in whatever direction you face it. It is so lightweight that you could easily use the clip on your book, your book pillow or on the neckline of your clothing to keep it in place as you read. This light was gifted to me 14 months ago. I typically use it for an hour a night and it takes 3 to 4 months before I need to recharge it. Recharging is easy. Hook it up to a laptop USB port or use a cellphone outlet plug to hook directly into the wall. This light is also very sturdy! I have dropped it or knocked it off the table by accident several times and it still works fantastic. I have liked this little light so much that I gifted one just like it to other people.

Works great. Bonus is that you can clip it to your pants waistline and use it to help you walk around your house at night to get water etc. My wife noticed that it looks like a fun extra body part if you do this.

This light saved my marriage 😂 I am an avid reader and I love to read before bed, however my book light was keeping my husband up. This amber light is perfect. It is plenty bright, but it has 3 settings: I like to call them book, medium, room! The battery lasts about 6-7 days of a few hours usage. When I had my baby I kept this light on all night so I could see her without keeping my husband up. It would last about 3 days of being on all night and I could easily turn the brightness up to light up the whole room when she woke up. It charges pretty quickly, as well. It can die on me, I'll charge it for 10 minutes, and it will last another hour or two. Overall this thing is perfect for my needs and awesome quality, too!

Way too bright. Even on the lowest setting it is still much too bright. Otherwise, I would love it. That being said, I have used it for an average of ten minutes a day since I bought it, and it recharges well and seems to be well made. Turns out that it's perfect for using in the car, or camping, and it's sturdy enough that even with a kid playing with the bendy part it still works. It's oddly impressive.

This is my second one ordered as I need one in a different location. It works well, is flexible, great for the price, nice warmth and brightness settings. It is easy to use. I've had one for at home and this one is for church because it's hard to see controls for the candlelight services.

Does what it's supposed to do. The idea seems to be that blue light hinders your production or use of melatonin, so you want yellow light for reading yourself to sleep. I read hardbound books by clamping the light directly to the book and moving around as I read. This worked quite well, but does not work well with magazines. Clamping the light to the headboard works OK, but the real deal is to clamp two of these lights to the headboard so the light comes from both left and right. If you walk around the house between your first sleep and your second sleep, carrying one of these with you is better than turning on bright lights. The light color is similar to candlelight, but without the flicker. The three brightness settings come in handy. The lights seem to work for a long time between chargings. I've had one for a long time, used it a lot and dropped it on a hardwood floor many times. No hesitation at all about buying the second one, and they are working great together. A clamp with more capacity might be needed for some applications, but it is very secure on a board 3/4" thick and OK on a board a full inch thick.

It is lightweight, the neck is easily adjusted to shine where I need it as well as keep another person in darkness. The amber light is very restful. It takes awhile to charge but the charge lasts a long time, weeks. It is handy during electricity outages, and as a night light that I can turn off when I go to sleep. It has a very faint plastic odor, but other lights I've had smelled much more than this.
