FeetUp Trainer (The Original) - Invert Safely & Easily. Get Fit. Relax. Turn Your Yoga Upside Down!

I have the limited edition on red color of FeetUp. I used to have the cheaper Chinese version before that. The difference between both is structural. The Chinese version comes like a chair which is nice but it’s little wider and that causes misalignment on my shoulders and arms if I’m using it for arm balance and inversions. FeetUp is way better, sturdier and I can jump in and out safely. Moreover FeetUp feels more comfortable to stay in longer time. The Chinese version has not much cushion so after sometime my shoulders hurt. I think you pay for quality here. Hands down.

So disappointed! I had tried this exact bench at the yoga studio I took a class at, and I loved it! My friend gave me one with white cushions and the light stain for my birthday. I was thrilled! But once assembled, I find that mine is wobbly and the part of the cusion (that you took off to do your headstand), just falls through when it is in place! Now I am stuck with a bad product, that my friend paid a lot of money for! I need return.

I have severe neck and shoulder pain which doesn't allow me to do a standard headstand without feeling like I'm crunching down on my neck. I have heard of the benefits of inversions but was sad I could not do them... until I saw this. It is absolutely worth the money. I was able to easily get up on it and do a headstand the very first day I received it. It is sturdy, built it myself and was super easy to build. The chart that it comes with gives you great ideas on flows you can try. When I do a headstand on this I feel supported, my shoulders and neck feel elongated and I feel my core engage. I am on this every day! I love it!

Two months ago I was new to inversions. After studying the potential benefits I gave it a try by purchasing Feetup. I’m very satisfied. Assembly was easy, exercise chart helpful, lots of videos on-line. It’s now part of my daily one hour workout routine.

I LOVE my FeetUp and actually ordered a second one for another house. I use it for 10 minutes a day and have already noticed a difference in my core strength. It’s fun, easy, and safe.

I am in love! The feet up trainer is amazing!! It took me less than 5 minutes to assemble. It is beautiful. I got this color because it was on sale and I liked the dark wood.I have wanted to purchase a feet up trainer to assist in releasing a squished disc in my back and to possibly help my cervical kyphosis ( military neck) & I have been watching the Feet up videos for weeks and when i tried to invert for the first time it was a piece of cake! So fun!! I can not wait to really do a flow.It’s very sturdy and doesn’t wobble or move at all. The “ seat” cushion is soft yet firm.I am so glad I finally ordered the feet up trainer.

I absolutely LOVE this product! Easy to assemble, good quality and design. I was doing headstands the first day with the assistance of this product. The poster is very helpful, as is the booklet. It looks nice too. This product is as the ads portray it. Highly recommend. I’m 51and it makes me feel like a rockstar.
