These are brilliant oven sheets as they let hot air go underneath your food to cook evenly.

They bubble up when heated up at 180 fan
They are different but getting the food of to serve is difficult sometimes because of the triangular blocks especially oven chips. On the plus side they come up clean in the dish washer.

Excellent for stopping things sticking to trays
Great for lining trays to stop food sticking,. Fish, baked on cheese etc all peel off so no soaking any more. Liner is easy to wash and any greasy residue is easily disposed of. Oil or grease from food catches in the base of the pyramid finish so is kept away from food which makes it much healthier. Good size for trays. Really good product.

They could be thicker. Mine are just getting worn out and i havent used them very much.

Does the job but just slightly smaller than a standard oven tray.

Do like them BUT
I do like this product and use it all the time - find it helps with even cooking BUT i do find it hard to clean them. Sometimes fat gets caught in the hollow of the pyramid. I usually put them in the dish washer but they don;t always clean and often have to be soaked separately or even scrubbed which sort of defeats the object. I have cut mine in half so that I can use on smaller trays.
