Im 5ft 2 would these leggings still be Capri on me?

I am 5ft 4ins and they fit 4in above my ankle so I'm confident they will be capri style on you. They are extremely well made and comfortable to wear even in warm weather.

Do these have a drawstring waist?

No there high waisted.. I ordered a size Smaller the fit perfect and stayed put through a hour of zumba and clubbercise

what size of phone can the pocket hold?

My phone is 7 x 14.5 cms. Fits very well in pockets. I should imagine that a slightly larger phone would fit just as well. Hope this helps.
