Blessed relief!
This carpal cuff helps my pain immensely! It is easy to heat in the microwave and provides "moist" heat without having to deal with a wet cloth, etc. Not sure how the MediBeads work, but they sure are effective, heat quickly and retain heat pretty well.

Item is smaller than photo.
The item photo didn’t appear to match the actual product. I didn’t read the description well enough to realize it was specifically a Carpal Cuff, when I really wanted the larger Joint cuff. It works okay, but doesn’t hold the heat as long as the larger joint cuff that I was trying to replace. And I think it was twice as expensive. Disappointed with this order and have already ordered the larger product for less money.

Immediate pain relief, long-term help too
An outstanding product! It relieved my wrist pain immediately upon putting it on (after heating it for 30 seconds in an 1100-watt microwave). Be careful that you gingerly touch its inside first to see how hot it is!I find it stays in place better by wrapping a not-too-tight rubber band around it after donning it.This combined with switching my mouse from my right hand to my left hand has banished my wrist pain. Hooray!Bravo to the inventor & manufacturer for a truly well-made and helpful product.

helped get me through difficult carpal tunnel period
Alternated this and ice packs (20 min each) for when my carpal tunnel was really acting up this summer. Very useful and really alleviated the nerve pain. The moist heat has a different effect than dry heat, and is more therapeutic for nerve problems. Good product, heats up with 45 seconds in the microwave.

Didn't hold the heat
I really wish this had worked as I have hand and wrist pain. I ordered two carpal cuffs and two hand mitts. The average length of holding the heat was roughly seven minutes.The company was very responsive and sent me duplicates of the products but I had the same result the second time around so had to send them all back.In fairness to them, perhaps it is a problem with my microwave though I haven't had any other issues with it. They also suggest rotating the product every 30 seconds to avoid burning the cloth on it. That isn't written on the instructions anywhere but I wanted to pass it along in case you don't have a rotating tray in your microwave.

Usable
This is not as long as it appears in the picture, it is about 4 inches long.When first heated it is very hot but cools down fast.

Heat only lasts 10-15 minutes
Would like the heat to last longer. Do like the moist heat. I have small wrists but find the cuff to not be too loose.
