This is my second Sidekick as I have used the first so much I wore it out. The item is very useful for all those tiny bits in craft cutting dies. Well made and came with some useful number does. Only thing that was not good was the state of the packaging which was torn and filthy dirty. Looked like it had come from the back of an old garage. Luckily contents ok

got this sizzix side kick i already have the large one with which i am more than happy i have replaced this small one as mine broke this size is just great for small items i use both of my sizzixs because i have a large metal cases full of dies would recommend to any bod using dies

Present for my wife, she loves it, great for cutting with dies for card making and for embossing, but small enough not to clutter up work area.

I already have the plus and the normal so it was a natural choice to go for the sidekick when needing a desktop die cutter, as I'm pretty pleased with the quality of the others.Went for the black one as it was cheaper at the time, and it works just as well as the others.Suction depends on the surface, on my glass mat it performs well bit I tend to use it on my cutting mat (coz I'm lazy and can't be bothered to move everything) but as long as you keep your hand on it it's ok

I bought this machine approx 6 months ago, at first it was great, but of late the pressure seems to have shifted and it only cuts properly on one side. I would have assumed there should be some form of guarantee but cannot find one, nonetheless I would expect it to work properly than mine has. I am using this forum as there is no other way of getting this information to the right people

Packaging product somewhat less than pristine but as product inside ok. Bought for myself so appearance of box not so relevant, but would not like to give as present.

Fits on desk as very compact and useful for cutting word dies and accents for cards in a hurry instead of getting big version out.

Dithered over whether to buy this for ages as I already have electric and big and extra large manual machines! But so glad I finally did. It is a sturdy and easy to use machine that cuts a good variety of materials with no effort at all. It is extremely stable in use - it sticks to my glass mat securely until I release the suction. Highly recommended.
