Quality product, thick and see through
I got this product for a screened in sunroom attached to the back of our house. We have a cat who we allow in the room so we were worried about thickness and wanted something that would hold up. This product is fantastic. When I first got it I was worried about visibility because it is extremely thick and dark. However, once applied it has great visibility and appears like it will hold up a very long time. It was easy to work with, even though I thought it might be difficult because of the thickness, it went up easily with the thinnest spleen we could find (.125"). I see this product holding up for a very long time, it was a great value. This picture I have included has the new product on the left and the old screen, yet to be replaced on the right. Visibility is equal to, if not better.

Durable and thick
Seems really durable, installing the screen and bead was a little difficult since the screen seems not so friendly once inserting the screen in the groove, seemed to pop out a great deal. You must keep the screen very tight when installing. It was my first time , but turned out ok.

Strong, stiff screen. Seems quite durable.
Product is very strong and firm. Won't tear easily. It also doesn't stretch when installing. Goes in the groove easily but I would order a thinner spline/cord next time due to the thickness of the screening. For my screens I ordered the .140 but it was a bit difficult to put in.

Terrific screening for catio.
I've had this up about a year now on my 5.5ft x 12ft x 7ft catio on my front deck. With 10 cats and their excitement at watching birds, chipmunks, and squirrels, they haven't ripped through this at all. It cut and installed quite easily. It's less costly than a roll I got at home depot for my house windows, and equal in quality. I ordered the long roll planning on replacing my window screens with the left over. Did make a hammock bed for the kitties, (a couple of 14+ lbs) has held up well, although I did need to resew one side because I didn't sew far enough from the raw edge. It's great now. Like any screens it does collect fuzz and this years extremely high amount of pollen, but I'm pretty sure using a brush or broom, some soap and my hose will rid the screening of that mess quickly, without problem. Definitely will buy again when I eventually build a much larger catio on my roofed back patio.

Our cat has not been able to successfully break out of this and it's not for lack of trying
We had to buy this particular screen because our cat kept breaking out of the traditional screen that came with our pool enclosure. We installed the pet rated screen and so far our cat has not been able to successfully break out of this and it's not for lack of trying. You can see from the pictures that he is able to stick his claws into the screen but he is not able to make anything bigger than tiny holes. The claw marks in the screen can be shifted to put them back in place after he moves them. We have given this screen a couple of months now to check and make sure our cat is not able to break out and I believe we have success! we had a little challenge picking the right size spline to go with it but once we found it, it was fairly easy to install. It is definitely a two-man job to hold the screen in place while someone installs the spline. I would say the screen is worth the money if you have a pet who likes to break out of screens.

My 70 pound dogs haven't been able to destroy these!
I have 3 American Staffordshire Terriers... or Pit Bulls in the common parlance. And I also have a pool cage and screened lanai. I have been having a terrible time keeping my screens in one piece. They see a snake or a critter outside of the cage and try to scratch at it, and their claws go right through my screens. I've replaced a few so many times, and they've never lasted longer than 2 weeks before they're using that screen as a door. So I knew I needed something tougher, and I decided to try this pet screening. Now, this stuff is about 3 times as thick as normal screening, and I'm sure it would be easy to replace and install in normal doors or windows as you just use a thinner spline. But pool cages use flat spline, and you can't usually get that in multiple sizes. So installing this stuff is a real chore to get that spline in place. I should mention here that I'm a 71 year old female with a bad wrist, too. Normal screening? No problem. But this stuff was really hard to get the spline in place. I did a lot of searching and finally found one spline that's just a tiny bit thinner than the normal .325, and that has made it much easier to install... but it's still a real chore for me. BUT... I've had one screen in place now for two months, the one in the screen door that the dogs use most often, and that one that has never lasted more than 2 weeks without getting a tear in it. And after 2 months, that screen looks as good as the day I installed it!!! This stuff is STRONG! I am VERY happy with this product, it's all it's touted to be! So far I've replaced 6 of my screen sections, some small like the door, others 72" X 33", and it looks great in place, and not one has been damaged by the mutts. Once the heat abates a bit, I'll replace the other bottoms screens in my cage and it will be smooth sailing from then on. I give this product 2 thumbs up and wish I had more thumbs, it's THAT good!!! If you have pets that scratch your screens to shreds, you NEED this stuff!!!

Pet proof
This screening really is pet proof. I replaced the factory mesh screen that ripped quickly with this screening. My dogs (Rottweiler and German shepherd mix) have not been able to tear through it yet. They’ve tried their best by pawing and scratching at the windows but this mesh hasn’t torn.
