Annovero Dinner Plates, Set of 6 Porcelain Plates, 10.5 Inch Diameter

Purchased this set of dishes. Was a bit worried as I'm in Hawaii and shipping can be rough. However, all dishes arrived very well packed and perfectly intact (and the cats enjoy the cardboard that was between each plate).First of all, these are really beautiful dishes. Only the top is colored (the underside is white), but it works very nicely. The colors let me select the dishes I want to use based on the color of my meal - which enhances the food.I love the fact that these are rather deep dishes with a fairly pronounced rim - they are perfect for just about any type of meal, including stews - and the rim keeps things from sliding off the plate.The plates are not light weight (nor are they too heavy) - they are well built and feel like it.All in all - very happy with these plates. I'm sure, over times, I'll break them and I'll probably replace them with the same set.

Everything I make and place on this plate looks gourmet. I love the plates, I fell in love with them before I ordered them and nothing changed. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They are deep plates, so it makes sticking them in the dishwasher not so simple... but you could serve soup in them if you wanted too. They are beautiful plates and they seem like they will hold up well but they are THICK and BULKY so keep that in mind.

I love these plates. They were exactly what I wanted, design-wise. I like how no 2 are identical, but they all compliment each other as a set. That's my style exactly. A 40 piece set of identical plates, bowls, saucers, etc. isn't for me. These plates are a good size and fairly heavy.The only possible downside I could see is that they are very concave. They are arguably not plates, but really shallow bowls. Or like if a dinner plate and a salad bowl got married and have babies, this is what they'd be like. It doesn't bother me, but I could see how that could lead to disappointment if you're not expecting it.

Edit:I was too picky about this. The imperfections really are so tiny, and these plates are great. They look wonderful, they’re a nice weight, they clean easily — they’re great. Great price too.And I’m also happily updating my review because their customer service has been just exceptional. Jessica sent me a personal email alert as to when another product was available. Stellar service.Really seems like a good company and an excellent product for the price.——I bought two sets of these plates to match the small bowls I already owned and loved in the same pattern. They're lovely, with really vibrant colors. Unfortunately, 3 out of my 12 plates have small nicks in the surface of the glaze. They are small but visible imperfections, and you can definitely feel them when you run your finger over the surface. They're a tad sharp. It's not enough for me to bother with packing and returning, but it's a touch of a disappointment. I'll move those plates to the bottom of the stack, and they'll probably get used rarely.

We have just received the beautiful Annovero porcelain dinner plates we have been waiting for since last Summer. They arrived safely and promptly. The Annovero porcelain dinner plates are superb, refined, elegant, well made and of fantastic quality. We love their brilliant colors and exquisite designs. They match perfectly our marvelous Annovero matching porcelain desert and cereal bowl sets we purchased earlier this year to celebrate a festive family occasion. We love them and have been enjoying them ever since. We look forward to getting the matching salad plates which we learned will be available next year.

First I want to say that these are the most gorgeous plates I’ve ever owned. They literally make me smile, STILL, when I open my cabinet. However, they crack in half after a year or two. I have babied these dishes since I received them 2020. 6 month ago one cracked in half and had to toss it. I just figured it was fluke and stuff like that happens. Today I noticed another doing the exact same thing. It’s heartbreaking. For the price, these should last years!!! My cheap sets have lasted much longer and those had some abuse. So basically…. If you buy them, don’t use them everyday. I’m very disappointed in the long term quality.

These dishes are great, we love the color... but the main issue is they're a bit too curved. In use this isn't a major problem, just feels ever so slightly bowl-like rather than plate-like... but the main issue is that due to this odd shape makes them too "thick" to fit well into the dishwasher racks. We've tried multiple configuations of the dish racks (they're adjustable) in our washer and these plates just can't sit nicely no matter what we try. We keep our older dishes as backups for large gatherings, so in total have 4 other styles of plates, 2 styles of pasta bowls, 4 styles of regular bowls, etc. and everything else we're able to fit in the dishwasher perfectly fine... it's just the particular curve and thickness of these plates which is a bit odd.

I purchased these about 3 months ago to replace our everyday dinner plates. The plates arrived on time and were packed well. Their were a couple that had some crackling in the glaze. I contacted the company and they were very responsive. They sent out a replacement set that I received within 72 hours.The vibrant color and beautiful designs of these plates bring me joy each time I get to use them. I've been using them now for 3 months and they do very well in the microwave, dishwasher and oven. Excellent quality and a aesthetic complement to my food!
