The taste is surprisingly good and not chalky or overly sweet at all. It gives me a nice, clean boost of energy to start my morning. Horrible taste! But that’s really all that’s bad about it..Since I’ve started taking the multivitamin, my energy level has been 10/10. I love this vitamin I just wished it tasted better.

I have more overall energy and feel better. 4 stars though because it is disgustingly sweet. Tastes alright, the strawberry. I’d give up some taste if they’d cut out at least half the sweetener! I have to drink a ton of water to keep from choking on the sweetness. I wouldn’t mix it with juice because I’d end up on an ugly sugar high! Instead I make sure to take some sort of protein to balance out. It is worth the trouble. I feel like these vitamins are absorbed and don’t upset my stomach even if I don’t eat anything at all. I was on a high quality vitamin pill but it upset my stomach if I didn’t eat and I didn’t feel half as well as I do on this. ‘Twould be perfect were it not so sweet.

If you want an easy solution to feeling much better, please read this entire review. I was spending a lot of money on separate supplements. I had no way of knowing if they were helping or not, and it was an oppressive chore to take them at the right time with or without food every day. This product has been an incredible game - changer. One dose once a day - no fuss no muss ! It's a super clean, superior product and the results are astonishing. Most people are walking around with some kind of deficiency. They have no way of knowing it and they don't feel nearly as well as they could. There's a reaction in holistic circles called "the AHA response." It happens when something your body desperately needs is finally introduced and your body lets you know that this is good. I felt it immediately after taking the first dose. I have multiple, serious medical conditions and my energy level was remarkably sustained throughout the day and evening. I wake up feeling much less groggy. Sugar cravings have disappeared. The price for this product is amazing. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I LOVE these liquid vitamins! I had the idea to use these to make vitamin water and now it’s part of my daily routine! I have tried both Strawberry and Fruit - love them both! I mix my vitamin water in the morning in a 24 oz water bottle and drink it at lunch. I prefer these liquid vitamins because they don’t upset my stomach like traditional pills and of course are much easier to swallow! Here are my water recipes: Strawberry - in a small glass/cup mix 1 Welches Strawberry Peach water flavor packet with a little bit of lukewarm water (this helps dissolve clumps). Add 2 Tbsp of Mary Ruth’s Strawberry Liquid Vitamin and mix well. Pour mixture into a 24 oz water bottle of choice (I love my Owala!). Add ice and fill to top with cold water. Swish around a bit or stir with your straw to get everything mixed well and combined. Fruit - same process and measurements but instead use 4C Fruit Punch water flavor packet with Mary Ruth’s Fruit [Punch] Liquid Vitamin. I prefer to let this chill up for a few hours so that’s why I prep this in the morning and drink it at lunchtime! Takes me about 5-6 weeks to use up a whole bottle of these liquid vitamins! Try this method if the straight vitamin concentrate is a little much! I also love that this helps me increase my water intake! In the past I’d given up on taking vitamins because of the aforementioned difficulty and side effects. Now taking vitamins is a part of my daily routine that I look forward to!

Extremely sweet flavor. Unfortunately not my cup of tea, very hard to take because the strong sweetness from it, if you do enjoy very sweet flavors this will be perfect for you. Reminded me of the Scott Emulsion I used to take as a kid against my will lol.
