There seem to be a few negative reviews wrt files lifting from box when the lid is removed. They almost stopped me from purchase. I suspect this is a mistake on the buyer’s part. The metal file supporting mechanism that lines the box attaches with 6 metal tabs. These tabs are often a bit bent and can stick out—touching the lid. Bend those tabs inward for a tight connection to the file container and there will be no problems when the lid is removed. Standard office size “Panaflex” folders fit perfectly. The file boxes are quite strong and would seem stackable at least three high, probably four. The wheeled cart bottom is equally strong. Good welds and paint. Wheels are a cheaper plastic, but more than adequate for the weight. Also, there are two wheels that lock to prevent movement once file boxes are in place. All in all, quite a good system with some clever design. Not sure how the file boxes wear from repeated use. My use will be for long term storage, with little access.

I have filled this file, so it is very heavy if I had to pick up. Glad it rolls to where I need to use it. On carpet it was harder to move. It worked well for my needs, although a little more than what I expected to pay.

The box feels sturdy despite being collapsible. It was easy to assemble and it's an excellent size- big enough to hold lots of papers, small enough that it doesn't horribly clutter a room.HOWEVER- The sliding rail likes to stick to the box lid instead of the box itself, and likes to come off every time I open the box. Nothing a little tape won't fix, but I wish it wasn't an issue in the first place. That's why it gets 4/5 stars.

My mail got out of control this past year when we had family emergencies, and there are little piles in every room of the house! Yet the filing cabinet is in one spot! So before the house becomes "hoarder chic", in order to sort and file, I decided to get this little contraption. What a brilliant solution! I can easily wheel the cart from place to place, file each pile into corresponding hanging folders, wheel the cart back to the filing cabinet, and then transfer everything in an orderly fashion. When I opened the box, I was amazed at how nicely the product was packed. This is an extremely high-quality product:*The metal cart frame has a smooth finish, it's weighted in such a way that it has a well-balanced low center of gravity and easily rolls around.*The box itself is not the typical corrugated cardboard you'd find with paper reams inside. It opens up beautifully! It's precision measured to fit in the cart frame and each component of the box measures with such perfect clearance that it's a snug fit without being a struggle to assemble or disassemble. And the inside and outside fabric finishes are superb!*The best option is that it collapses flat so all the box parts nestle into the cart frame, which can then scoot under the furniture for storage.I expect this will likely outlive me!

This file organizer is just the perfect one for my needs. There is plenty of space available after I have filed all my papers/records. I am a senior now living with my daughter and son-in-law so I have everything personal in my bedroom. I have a two drawer maple wood cabinet that I am going to list to sell because it takes up a bit more room than I was willing to give for filing. This organizer is perfect size and very nice looking outer also. I can turn around from my desk and reach out and easily pull the file to me. I love it!

I was very pleased when these arrived to see that they are extremely sturdy, take 30 seconds to put together and support the files very well. No complaints.

Product is exactly as described. I like the clean look of it & it holds my files nicely. When digging through it, the files slide very well. The assembly was super easy (even for me). And it glides very smooth, not to fast, not to slow. Also, it’s sturdy & can be picked up to move it for easy accessibility.I’m glad I purchased this & would recommend it.

I just wanted a small, non-ugly storage box for papers before they get moved to their permanent homes or scanned. It is nice looking and sturdy enough. I am very happy with it. It would not withstand rough use or tough conditions. It's not a substitute for a metal or wood file cabinet. But it's great for temporary light to moderate use.
