Using these vegan capsules to make home made supplements. They are great and well designed, not likely to break or fall apart easily. Once sealed they contain all the supplements securely. They were easy to sue and very effective with my desired use. The size can contain up to 450mg of powder after tamping and even though they might be a little more pricey comapred to normal capsules, the fact they come pre seperated gets you to save loads of time and makes it worth its value.

My wife is ill (long-term) and takes a lot of medication. I use these capsules to put multiple meds and supplements into one capsule so she is not constantly eating multiple capsules.These are matched pairs, body plus lid and they are easy to fill and taste nice. One capsule instead of 4.

Needed something to solve my swallowing tablets trouble so got these. Ground up the tables I take into powder and filled these with the same dosage (one tablet at a time). Much easier for me to swallow and I can't taste the actual tablet powder if it gets stuck to my tongue. Takes a little while to fill them but keeps my hands moving.Put in a pot labelled what's in them plus dosage and it's all good.

Seperating capsules took up quite a bit the time it takes to fill them until I got these pre-seperated ones. Great idea.

Why do pharma have to use gelatine capsules??? Cost I guess. But these are a great alternative, worth the careful transfer of medication if you follow a strict plant based diet.
