Great DIM Capsules!
I've been using these for a few months & have noticed that I have more muscle tone overall since I workout & DIM pills help with muscle tone. They've also helped me with my Perimenopause symptoms like night sweats because they have really decreased, thank God!

DIM and cystic acne
I have been taking DIM for about 3 years. I stopped taking the pill, and I wanted to regulate my hormones and get ready for menopause. After I stopped the pill, I started getting acne again! I 100% reccomend this product for regular hormonal acne issues/ pre-menopause/ menopause. I use to get cystic acne in my 20's (I wish I knew about DIM then) before going on the pill. No more acne after taking DIM. All gone, and I feel great. Anybody who gets cystic acne, please do yourself a favor and start taking DIM (before you get acne and all that comes with it.) I take one in the morning. Clear skin, and balanced hormones. No hot flashes or mood issues. I also take L-theanine. Love both. I will never stop. Thanks for such a wonderful product! Love!
