Is it possible to turn off all lights/display at times and just use the fan?

Hi, our product's light off/display and fan are performed at the same time. When the switch is turned off, the light/display and the fan are turned off at the same time.

Is the text editable for fan

NO! It seems you can get one with editable text... OR This one with time+temperature (C°&F°). Only thing you can control is power & clock time.

I bought 2 both of them will only read 82 degrees. when it is not. Why?

Mine is also showing 82 degs F. How do you reset it as suggested?
