I have taken b complex vitamins for years. When I used to take them I would feel better soon after. However, maybe because I am getting older (64) I don't absorb the vitamins as well. It got to the point that I had no sense of benefit from them. That is not the case with this liquid. 15 minutes after taking a teaspoon full I feel better. I usually take a tsp 2-3 times a day, so as to spread it out. We are on our 2nd bottle and will continue to order it. It is a very thick liquid. Make sure after you pour it you use your finger to get the remaining liquid off the neck of the bottle - yup I then lick my fingers - then wash my hands. If you don't wipe the neck it will dribble down the side of the bottle and you'll get a ring in your fridge. The taste is not bad, we kind of like it.

The product is excellent. It really works. I put it in an eye dropper bottle and take it twice a day. I have less grey hair than 2 years ago and it helps my energy levels.

This liquid B vitamin complex has a good flavor. Most B vitamins make me sick to my stomach but this vitamin doesn't.

We love the taste and the fact that this is a liquid vitamin. The only thing is that this being our second time ordering this product, one of the bottles broke...

This has a lot of added crap in there that isn’t necessary. I prefer to take clean supplements without added sugar, preservatives, and mysterious ingredients because they make me sick. Sadly, because the title didn’t clearly state that it’s tangerine flavored, I had no idea and now have no use for it but also can’t return it. Yea I should have read better, but for goodness sakes, WRITE ACCURATE TITLES so we know what we are buying!

Let's face it, B vitamins stink. The last B complex capsule I tried smelled so bad I gagged when I opened the bottle. So I didn't expect this to taste good. To my surprise, it's not that bad. The aftertaste actually borders on pleasant. This liquid has been a lifesaver for me. I really need the support for health issues that don't respond to anything else. I notice my symptoms improving within an hour of taking it on an empty stomach. So I'll keep buying it. Glad they have the bigger size. I only wish they had a squirt top b/c the screw top they're using is messy. But I don't mind putting it in another bottle that has one.Also I began refrigerating my bottle when summer heat made my kitchen so warm. I think chilling it improves the taste.

I like this and buy regularly. This time it arrived with a broken lid and spilled vitamin. The box was big for the item and was packed with bubble wrap but the top of lid split completely from the side of it. Vitamin spilled all down bottle and onto wrap. The cap base was wrapped as normal. Just still broken lid.
