Thick, sturdy
Love this mat! It’s thick enough that I can’t feel my bones pressing into the floor which allows me more movement for exercise.

I love it!
Very thick and soft so doesn’t hurt when I use it. It’s not exactly quick to roll evenly and refasten in the loops if the strap, so I’m just doubling it over and laying it on the guest bed so I won’t feel hesitant to use it daily. (It’s better to not give myself an excuse!) I’ll roll it up when guests come or to transport it. Glad I made the purchase.

Big and thick!
This is much larger and thicker than any yoga mat I have had. If you're going to carry it around a lot you might go for a thinner one but mainly home use, I love it! I had a hip replacement last year so needed a little extra padding and this was it.

Nice but slips off the floor
Very cushiony but is slips off easily. I bought this because sometimes my knees hurt when using the 1/4inch mat, so I got the thickest one I found. It is very confortable to use but it slips off so easily that if you are not care, you might fall.

super comfortable and sturdy! i had previously used fold out mats that offer little support and feel like your sinking into the hard floor regardless of what you do, but this is PERFECT! actually is a comfortable mat and slip resistant. overall, i am happy with my purchase

This mat is the best thing I've ever purchased! My floor yoga poses are like sitting & lying on a "firm cloud." The 1" thickness is a little too fat for my standing poses, but the floor poses make it just perfect!
