What's the big deal? Here's the low-down:
Ok, I'll address other's comments:Limited, natural, high quality ingredients. YES! That's exactly what we need to heal major gut issues. I need ONLY the bone broth, nothing else. It's difficult to mix, but NOT as big ofna deal as people are making itnout to be. You must heat the water to at least near boiling. Wisk by hand until mostly blended. Let it sit for just a minute or 2. Wisk a bit and it's ready! No big deal. I had the same difficulty as other people mentioned until I started doing it this way. *Once mixed, you can use it however you want.Taste: well, with limited ingredients, you get the natual, unaltered flavor. It's the price we pay for not having all the yummy, but intolerable items. I can't have yummy things like tomatoe, garlic, carrots, etc .. So again, this is perfect for healing. This isn't an item meant for soup or other recipes. It's for sipping to heal your gut. I think is wonderful this purpose.

Worth a try :)
I needed a supplement that had a good amount of protein, and seeing this one with collagen sealed the deal for me. Love a 2-for-1!! I have added this to both protein coffee and oatmeal. I use 2 scoops of Javvy protein coffee and one scoop of bone broth powder to 16 oz of filtered water. Shaking it up in a blenderbottle does cause froth, but the froth dissipates within 5 minutes. It has no taste in coffee. In oatmeal I use one scoop, and I can’t taste it either, but I also add strawberries and a drizzle of honey and cinnamon, so that could be masking the flavor. Adding the bone broth powder causes half a cup of oatmeal to a cup of water to thin out and be runny, so if runny oatmeal isn’t your thing, keep that in mind.I’ve only been using this for about a week or two, but it’s been great so far. :) No hunger cravings, I feel full for longer, and it doesn’t bother me digestion wise which is great.

Foam City
First off, Amazon Customer Service is the best. This product, not so much.I was going to use this "broth" as a soup base, but it's too difficult and wasteful to use. And there are no directions on the container, so there's a scoop buried inside but no instructions on how much water/liquid to use per scoop.Maybe it's good for your workout protein shake. It's not a kitchen staple. It's a total pain in the ass to use in the kitchen.Instructions say it will clump in cold or lukewarm water. Whisk into hot water. Use a blender on low to avoid foam. Okay then...I boiled water, whisk in hand, it clumped like a dumpling... sticking to my whisk... not working...So, into the blender on the lowest setting... foam city, like warm beer out of a fresh keg kind of foam, and clumps of it stuck to the glass blender like little barnacles. LOLWhat a waste of cooking time, down the drain with the foam 1/3 of it, on the phone with Amazon getting a refund for it. Amazon CSRs the best!!Manufacturer should update their product description and label: DOES NOT MIX WELL WITH WATERSeriously.

Love it
Love this. was looking for protein that's dairy free and I came across this. love the fact that it's non GMO (least that's what it says), from grass fed beef and specially the fact that it includes 16g of collagen is a plus. It include a scoop so you don't have to worry about looking for one. The only thing i kinda don't like about it is that it doesn't mix well with cold beverage, so I would warm up my coconut milk a bit before adding it on. I definitely will buy again.

Solid Bone Broth, But Be Ready to Whisk!
I really like this bone broth—it has a clean, high-quality taste and delivers all the benefits of collagen, gelatin, and glucosamine. Perfect for adding to soups, smoothies, or just a warm cup of broth. However, be warned—it clumps when mixed with liquid. 🌀 If you're stirring by hand, expect to put in some extra effort to get it smooth. A frother or blender helps, but if you're just using a spoon, patience is required. I like the taste of the product, but the clumping is a deal breaker for me.
