Kendal 2 in 1 Professional Diamond Microdermabrasion Machine with Skin Scrubber Function HB-MF02

I was not expecting such a sturdy machine!Honestly I did not read the dimensions so I was very thrown off guard by its size. But when you turn it on, you'll understand why. This machine is THE BEST!!!! Don't even worry about the suction. The professional machines usually go to 25 and up... this machine does that and more! I just put the dial in the middle bc unless you want hickeys, there is no need to raise the suction power.I had one groupon for microdermarabrasion left and decided to go last week.. tell me why the spa had this very same machine?!I researched and researched and this was the best product with the most reliable reviews. The hype is real. I have oily skin, acne scars and black/whiteheads so for the past month, I have been using this machine once a week but I also changed my face products to ones with better quality like clinique: my efforts are showing.I have not had any recent breakouts. Be gentle on your acne scars, pressure does not equal better results. You can be rough around your chin and nose but wherever you have acne scars, be extra gentle bc then your scars will get bigger.I am not getting paid to review this item. Feel free to contact me and I can answer any questions.TIP: make sure you clean the tips well bc the dirt sets in them. I use a nail brush to scrub off every few mins during my 15 mins procedures. So far I am doing my face, my neck, my armpits and elbows. So far so good!!!

I got the product as it was advertised, so no complaints about the service. The product itself is nice, but it's a little difficult to figure out if you've never seen it used or know very little about it. Not a big deal, I'm really good with figuring these things out but so far I haven't used all of it's features bc it's a lot to do! i have just done the microdermabrasion w/ vacuum so far. Then you have to clean each of the little pieces w/ alcohol, so it is a bit of work, but it's nice to have still, especially if you will use it frequently.

The product really worths the price. I bought it for professional use and it does the job.Of course there are better, more powerful, durable and more expensive equipments. But we have been using it in professional treatments 2 hours/day and it works.... we are not using it 8 hours/day, in that case you can look for a more expensive equipment.

Machine works fine just BUT the tube for the handel wasn’t in the the box luckily I have some extra ones.

Not bad for a small microdermbasion mechanical machine. It's great for travel and getting rid of breakouts .

FROM WHAT I HEAR, THE "KENDAL HB-MF02" IS A GREAT MACHINE, COMPACT BUT VERY WELL CONSTRUCTED, EFFECTIVE, AND REASONABLY PRICED. I DECIDED TO RETURN IT IN ORDER TO UPGRADE TO THE "KENDAL HB-SF02," (THE SINGLE-FEATURE COMMERCIAL GRADE MODEL), WHICH IS MORE IN LINE WITH WHAT WE NEED AT THE SPA.

Great product,...bigger then what I thought...a little too bulky for me.

I purchased 6 months ago, all was great. Then the skin scrubber started started messing up. I contact customer service 2xs and they never have gotten back to me. The micro derm is ok. But the lack of support really makes me mad!
