GOOD SERVICE & GREAT SUBSTITUTE FOR ROOT GINGER

I bought this at the start of my self-isolation due to the coronavirus. I make a lot of Asian food and this has given exactly the same result as fresh root ginger but without the peeling, waste, & grating. It works out cheaper, too. It arrived quickly and well packaged. It's a really good product.
