Does a great job!
This stuff works great. I wish I had bought it a long time ago.

Great product that will save me a lot of time and energy!
I've always had trouble keeping my clear shower doors clean of all the mineral deposits and soap residue. Cleaning all of the grime off usually requires hours of scrubbing, leaving my arm sore and leaving me wishing for a shower curtain instead. I decided to try out this product after reading the glowing reviews. I started by using a sponge to apply vinegar to the shower doors, and let it sit for 30+ minutes. I then applied additional vinegar and scrubbed with a scrubbing sponge. The glass cleared up pretty quickly, and after a wipe-down with 409 the glass was pretty clean and clear, and ready to apply the CRL TPC. To apply the CRL TPC, I sprayed it onto the glass and rubbed it in using a paper towel in a circular motion - similar to Windex or other window cleaner. I especially focused on the edges of the door, which is the biggest problem area for me. After letting it sit for about 30 minutes, I repeated the process to apply a second coat. After another 30 minutes of setting, I used a dry paper towel and scrubbed the glass until most of the haze was gone. (My bathroom is fairly small, so it's almost impossible for the haze to go away when I'm sweating from cleaning shower doors all day and the moisture condenses on the glass) It's only been a couple of days now, but when I rinse the shower doors after I'm done showering, everything runs off like some kind of super RainX. I'm not sure how long it will last before requiring another coat, but I'm positive it won't take as much effort as it did for the first application.

Great for glass shower enclosures.
This stuff is like rain-x but better. When we got a new glass shower enclosure our contractor left a bottle of this with us and told us to use it twice a year or so to prevent hard water build up. It worked, so when it ran out I was happy to find it for sale on Amazon. Note: This is a preventative measure, so it is best to start with a surface that is clean, dry, and free from hard water stains. To get rid of hard water stains, I have found before that the overpriced Norwex stuff ( Norwex Cleaning Paste ) combined with a lot of elbow grease does in fact work. But anyone who has worked hard at getting rid of hard water stains will no doubt go looking for ways to prevent it from happening again - hence the need for this product. The Good: The way the water beads is superb, and after over 5 years or so we do not have any hard water stains on our glass shower walls. We do try to squeegee after use but it doesn't happen every time. Use: I spray it fairly liberally on the inside of our shower enclosure and wipe/rub it in with paper towels until it is clear. You don't have to scrub hard like when you are trying to get rid of hard water stains in the first place, but you do have to spend a minute or two until it is totally clear. It is best to do two coats to ensure that the entire surface has at least one good coat. Once on, it is completely clear. I recommend turning on your bathroom fan or doing whatever you can to mitigate the fumes. The Bad: It has a potent chemical smell that dissipates almost immediately. I have not researched how toxic this stuff is. While I do use gloves to prevent touching it, I have definitely inhaled a fair amount when putting it on. On the plus side, I haven't grown a third eye ...

Great product
I have a problem with hard water spots on my glass door in our bathroom. Nothing drives me more crazy than seeing hard water spots build up. I am writing the review based on this primary usage. Overall, this is a really, really good product.I'm giving it 4 stars based on cost (as I think it's really high) Pros: * Works as advertised, really a great product * This will help keep deposits from forming. Cons: * Cost. It's $16.00 * Smell. Not just this product, but other polymer coatings will smell like rubbing alcohol. If you are in a small bathroom your significant other may complain for a bit (mine does). Recommendations: * Buy it if you have the cash, if not, use Rain-x. * If you have a water softer, this will help with your hard water deposits. * Also, be fastidious about using it. Use this every other week or so and you won't have anything on your shower glass. Hope this helps.

Your shower will shine!
I love this product, and if you reapply it about every six weeks, your shower doors will continue to shine like new! You do need to leave a window or door open due to the fumes initially, but it goes away quickly.

Great Product
Very happy with this product. The water just runs off the glass. After shower the water dries, if any left, without spotting the glass. I think that it is very similar to Rain-X if have ever used this product before but I think its easier to apply. Rain-X has to dry to that hazy film before buff off. I have had good luck using one cloth to apply wet product all over glass and another dry cloth to buff off. I do not use the sprayer that came with the bottle. Don't have to wait for the product to dry to a haze. Only downfall I see at moment is when removing with dry cloth, it might take a little effort....if picky, you work a little to get the little swirl marks the product leaves on the glass. They are easier to remove though than if ever have worked with Rain-X.

Not the same formula it used to be
I have been using this product for years and always was very satisfied. The last bottle I bought it is definitely not the same formula. It looks the same, but the results are not even close. The “old bottles” were not leaving any smudges, and for weeks there were no water stains. This “new” bottle left unbelievable smudges and it doesn’t look like protects against any water stains at all. I applied the product the same way and we always use squeegee after showering.

For glossy surfaces only.
Item was recommended by friend in the pool service industry. My waterline tile was just cleaned using a power sand blasting to remove calcium build-up. Although the tile is 6 inches wide only the center 2 inches where the calcium built up needed extra work. The result was the center had a rough texture due to the power cleaning. The gentleman that did the cleaning applied a 50/50 mix of Thompson's water seal and Murphy's soap which gave an immediate gloss , but wore off a few weeks later. Looking for something longer lasting I drained the pool below the tile line and after cleaning the tile applied CRL TPC per instructions... in fact I used 14 oz. to do approximately 46 sq. ft of tile.. A few weeks later scum was adhering to the rough center surface and the smooth sections easily washed off with a rub of you hand. The description covers ceramics so my tile would fall into the category. I was actually looking for something to seal the pores again as in the product description. I may have been the first to try this product on a pool's ceramic tile as all the 14 previous reviewers used it on glass. Maybe the title should be changed to glass protector, but then a Amazon search may put it in the home security category.
