I find USB cables to be a pain. Seems like everything is switching to USB-C but then we still have to manage the USB-A items too. This adapter makes it easy to use some of my older stuff without needing a full new cable. It’s small enough to keep in my bag and doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap. So far, it’s worked perfectly with everything I’ve tried — keyboard, mouse, flash drives. No weird connection issues or anything like that. For the price, it’s great to have a couple of these around just in case. Definitely a useful little tool to keep on hand.

I bought these because I wanted something that converted USB A to USB, but ALSO offer flexibility. Specifically I wanted to connect a USB C drive to a USB A port and was worried the weight of the drive would be too much for a straight connector. This works great!

This is good for using a type C to type C cable to a USB block.
