does the speaker have foam or rubber surround?

Hi. Its foam but its a good quality foam. Its almost like a hybrid foam of some kind. They are really good full range speakers for the money. I used them as replacements in a set of speakers I had that had really good cabinets and crossovers. They will blow you out of the room. Good handling power also.
