For men, resveratrol might not be the best option for anti aging. For me, it caused mood issues that subsided after I discontinued use. Some guys think it'll raise testosterone because resveratrol can act as a "anti estrogen". But the reality is, its a potent phytoestrogen, much like soy. Im not the only guy who has reported mood issues either.

I 100% believe in the science behind the studied into the benefits of nmn however, I’m not 100% confident in where these pills are manufactured, which is different from where they’re bottled. I do not want to take supplements that are manufactured in China. I feel as though the understanding of exactly where these supplements are manufactured not bottled is unclear. “Bottled” in the USA is the equivalent of “assembled” in the USA. I feel that it has an ambiguity to it. I want to know where these supplements are manufactured. I want to continue to have nmn as part of my regime but I’m on the fence about continuing with this brand, because of the above stated reasons.

this product is US made, high quality. I have been taking it for 10 days. I feel my energy is up all day long. I don't drink coffee. Now i planning a lot physical activities during the week. I don't feel like worn out. I will continue monitor the result. The delivery was quick too.
