I was quite happy with the effectiveness of the Lean BCAA Fruit Punch. To put it into perspective, I am a fit individual who exercises 6 to 7 days a week. I recently started on a new strength building workout program as I find I'm apt to focus on cardio and leg exercises only... I needed more upper body exercises. I figured that if I was going to subject myself to the horrors of various push-ups (ha ha) that I was going "all in". I purchased my first bottle of Lean BCAA Fruit Punch and started meal/nutrient/calorie counting... just to help me keep out of the baking that I so love. I'm glad to say that within three months I've gained tone and strength through my entire body. My arms are showing musculature for the first time ever. I've lost 13 pounds... amazing seeing as I was already fit going into this endeavor. When I first started this program I wasn't taking a BCAA supplement, and I found that when I started to take it that my muscles didn't ache after a workout, and that muscle recovery was greatly improved. I always felt fresh going into the next workout... without it I found that my muscles had always felt spent. Lean BCAA has allowed me to push myself harder than I had been able to prior. As an added bonus the flavor is lovely and is enjoyable enough to feel like a reward after a hard workout.

Great product. Would recommend. Tastes good and I do notice the difference in fat loss when drinking this. It’s a little pricy, in comparison to other supplements, but would buy again on the basis of the results. I know there’s not much proper scientific evidence on the products in it, but the results speak for themselves.

This is my first time using BCAAs and I definitely notice a difference as soon as I started so these work well. I picked these because they don't have stimulants which I really like since I already use a pre-workout and I workout at night. However, the taste needs some work. The fruit punch has more of a soapy watermelon flavour to it than fruit punch. The soapy taste isn't so strong that I need to return it, I will finish the container however I will be looking for a different flavour or brand next time I purchase. ---------- Update I finished the container and it completely grew on me. It continues to make a huge difference during/after my workouts. The taste is still super fake and sweet but I don't notice the soapy taste anymore and the flavour has grown on me. It also dissolves very easily. I am re-purchasing.
