Zippo65827 Butane Lighter Insert - Double Torch, 1.4"L x 0.5"W x 2.1"Th

Very cool product. I wish they had come out with this insert years ago. It's the perfect solution for the Zippo I like to keep in my golf bag in case a playing partner needs a light or when we decide to smoke cigars during a round. The fluid would eventually evaporate from the original insert.

Was sick and tired of constantly having a dead lighter, so I got this insert. It had a hard time taking a light right off the bat, but it appears to do this only just after filling it, and it settles down after a burn or two. Been using it some time, and has become my go to lighter.

Works as it should. Easy to fill and adjust the flames. The dual torch system is strong and will light pretty much anything.

I really like this product. I own 3, 1 for each of my zippo cases. My only real complaint is that the whole case is metal rather than having the lower part be glass or hard plastic. I have used some knock off zippo inserts, some of which were hard plastic, so you could very easily tell if it needed refilling ahead of time. With these original zippo branded inserts I have to shake it and hope my hearing is still good. The adjustment dial also needs a tool, it cannot be done with just your nail on this one, unlike the knockoffs. The reason I gave this product a try is because reviews on the knockoffs said that the fit was better when you purchased direct from zippo. They were definitely right about that. I used to pack the bottom of my zippo case with tinder, to make up for the gap created by the lack of proper fit when I used the knockoff insert. I honestly did not mind that too much because it empowered me to carry tinder as well, which I can no longer do because the fit with this product is so accurate. I will say it is useful to read the instructions. They came empty, I filled them up with butane an expected them to fire up immediately but the instructions actually specify to leave them upside down for 2 minutes after filling, and ever since I started doing that they work much better. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I have had this insert for two years and it is nothing but a headache. I can confidently say this is the worst lighter I have ever owned to include Dollar Store ones. The flame quality is worthless because it only ignites when cranked up and then last for a few lights and the head ache begins. You have to adjust it constantly to keep it lighting then the fluid runs out. The lighter seems to have to be body temp to work because any chill and it refuses to light. I smoke in my garage during winter so the lighter is useless. I finally wrote a review because I tried to use it again and the headaches started and of course right when you need it. I can't believe it being a Zippo and made here in the USA because it shows how our workmanship quality pride has went down in this country. I leave it up to you to try it but I wished I never spent the money on it.

Excellent replacement for using your zippo for a cigar!! Yes it doesn’t hold much but it’s perfect and convenient and I get to use my old zippo cases

When first purchased. It was a source of envy. I've since purchased a fair number of them. Giving them as gifts. Bravo

So it took even more time to make it ignite on the first time and consistentlyBut wow 😮 this thing is cool … I want to keep recording lol but … fuel , you know … this thing burns through fuel fastBut… since it ignited on the first time when I went to record A review ….. have to leave the 5 / 5Also will say you need to push - HARD - when you go to fuel this thing … kind of burned my finger with chemicals once… no big deal … but …Did some research and put some gloves on … put the insert down and secured it in A stable way and pushed … and fuel sprayed everywhere… so I did some research and tried the same thing and - PUSHED - the can after it was aligned and it finally worked
