So far so good. I've only used it once so far but it has performed as expected, heating my wax to the perfect temperature and keeping it there for the hour it took me to wax my legs. I recommend buying extra collars to protect the rim of the warmer. I'm a rookie still and I got wax everywhere (counter, warmer, floor, hands). It could have been worse if I hadn't had the complimentary collar it came with. Product recommended for your at home wax needs!

Man kann diesen Artikel nicht zurückgeben. Das ist unglaublich! Der Wachswärmer hat einen Stecker, der nicht mit deutschen Steckdosen kompatibel ist. Dies wird im Angebot NIRGENDWO angezeigt. Bin total entsetzt. So etwas ist mir noch nie mit Amazon passiert. Man kann das nirgends reklamieren.

Literally got this, used it for a bit and it wouldnt turn on after.

I used it for 2 months with a universal adapter, and suddenly, it stopped working. A waste of money as the plug does not seem compatible with a UK socket.
