I buy these gummies for my 6 year old son. He loves the flavor and texture, and he can be a picky boy! I love that they are organic and have folate instead of folic acid. My 5 year old thinks they’re yummy! They smell great! They aren’t rock hard and don’t stick together. The childproof lid functions properly and easily. I’m happy to have found a good kids vitamin that is sugar free and dye free.

These taste great and have all the natural forms of the vitamins I'm looking for. A little on the firm side for a gummy so just a caution for smaller kids/toddlers. I also take these as an adult and have definitely seen a difference in the quality of my nails length and strength.
