Hard Case for Welch Allyn Macroview Otoscope Accessories

I own Welch Allyn Lithium handle, macroview otoscope, & Panoptic ophthalmoscope beside the re-usable ear pieces. I needed a case but I was hesitant to pay $60. But since I paid a lot for those equipments, it's not wrong to pay a bit more for a protecting enclosure. Unfortunately, when I received the case I found that it had less than good molding of the interior compartment (especially otoscope place as it can appear in the picture). one word, disappointed.
