This gave me my pre-menopause hair back. It's not dry anymore and the shedding I was getting has stopped. My hair looks shiny and healthy again! I add it to my morning protein shake. I'll never go without it!

I started adding spirulina to my water and 1/2 squeezed lemon first thing in the morning. (about 1/8-1/4 teaspoon) You have to get used to the taste. It's not the best but with lemon it's fine. I like the nutritional benefits. I will keep using this because it's good for me.
