Not salty. It actually tastes better than the 2 previous brands I used.
I like the light flavor of this. It's not as salty as the other ones I have used before. Will definitely buy again.

INNACURATE RECIPE ON CONTAINER. BEWARE.
Was not able to try it at all tonight. Why? Inaccurate recipe called for 40 grams of wakame. I trusted this recipe and added 40 grams of wakame to my measured pot of boiling water, that I had already added the tofu into. 1 minute later the entire pot was full of seaweed and was still absorbing water. I just wasted a third of a container of wakame, over half a pound of tofu, and my time. The container also arrived completely unrefrigerated in Texas heat.

Do NOT buy this product! The product arrived on 10/8/23 with an expiration date of 4/21/23 and I am unable to return it. It was over priced and now I've completely wasted my money. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.
