Kumihimo Disks Set of 4 Different Looms (Small & Large Round/Square Plate) (Multicolour)

I will have to echo other reviewers -- these disks are thinner than the standard disks (like those from BeadSmith, for example). And that makes me question their longevity. I would also not use these with threads/cords larger than 1mm, or the slots may break down quickly.So why did I give them 4 stars? Because there were 4 disks, with two large and two small. I also liked the fact that two were round and two were square. This basically means I can have multiple projects if I like. Oh, and the small round disk has 32 slots, instead of the usual 24 that one finds with smaller disks.I tend to braid with finer threads and ribbons, and while I don't think they will last a long time, I do think I will get my money's worth from them.

I bought these because I wanted to learn flat kumihimo on the square disk. As value goes, they're considerably pricier than the round ones I can buy locally. The foam is a nice thickness, but the labelling on the square is inconsistent with most flat tutorials I've found.

The discs are a nice value for the price but they seem to be more lightweight than other brands. I didn't give them high marks on ease of use as learning Kumihimo with just the discs isn't exactly easy. If you already know how to do Kumihimo braid they will work just fine.

Quality product. This came so fast, I was surprised and pleased. Great value. Love Amazon and the companies who use them. It makes a difficult pandemic so much easier. Thank you!!!

These four patterns are great for forming. If you follow the correct weaving patterns these forms work very well.

I haven't used them yet, but it's clear they will help me greatly, especially with such a complicated craft.

The sizes are good. The price is good. The foam is a little flimsy but that's not a big deal. The spaces loosen up quickly though.

Having for different size tools in the same package provide flexibility for a great value.

They are perfect for what I do and would recommend them to anyone looking to do this art. Great price for the price of 4!
