The package arrived quickly, which was much to my surprise. Although the box looked beat up looking, the contents were intact and without any issues. My husband put this together in 40-45 minutes and then it was ready to go. I love that I can plug my iPod directly into it; the speakers work well. Now this product does use the metric system, which took some translation on my part; aka 1 kilometer equals 0.62 miles on the distance reader. Other than the metric system, it works well. I like that I can adjust the speed and start or stop the machine via the handle bars or the main console.

I sent you a detailed email about the product. The bottom frame is badly rusted, the holes for the screws did not lie up. It took several clamps and brute strength to pull the pieces so they would align. It works fine, so I am keeping it, but I would not recommend the product .

It requires some muscle to put it together, but I'm 44 and managed. One of the parts arrived damaged, but the company worked with me to send out a new piece fairly quickly. Now that it's together, I'm very happy with it. Plan on a little sweat to put it together.

Good for heavier people.

I really can't answer truthfully because I, a senior citizen, bought the treadmill for my daughter and can't find anyone to assemble it. Do you have any suggestions?

The speed and tread length is perfect. Putting it together was a nightmare - definitely not as simple as it looks in the owner's manual! It also doesn't store as easily as the manual claims. It's big and bulky and difficult to move. Still, it's excellent for a home workout.

1 Star is too much for them.Part was made with cheap plastic. once we opened the box, I noticed the part material was not so good, after finished assembly, lift up/down function was broken when we used it first time, so contacted seller, they want us to put it in the original box, we tried to unscrew the bolts, it was cheap bolt, immediately mangled,we explained it was unable to put it in an original box, their response is ' put it in a box otherwise FedEx will not pick up 'we took video this situation,uploaded to youtube, showed them it was unable to put into original box,But the seller keep saying ' put it in box ',After talked with FedEx, we bought $50 UPS approved heavy duty bubble wrap for return, and FedEx picked up finally.Now they said ' where is the package?

Great treadmill for me, I can walk or run, I love the built in speakers. The assembly was a bit difficult, not everything lined up perfectly.. we had to really fuss with it to get everything lined up and bolted together... but it is a very solid unit.
