Great for the money with only a few drawbacks.
First, this is perfect for your home gym, easy to assemble and perfect for back squats, bench presses, lat pulldowns, bent over barbell rows, heavier shrugs, seated calf raises, you name it! The only down sides that I can see so far are: 1. I can see the cables will wear out, you need to maintain them and exercise caution. 2. Doing bench presses, you will not be able to use the higher weight peg if you're pressing with 45lb plates, as there will not be room (at least for me), unless you're only using the safety bars... 3. For seated rows, you won't be able to use them with 45lb plates as there will not be room to go all the way down. Otherwise, this is great for my usage and seems sturdy. I removed the top two weight holder pegs and have room. May purchase other extensions in the future for cable flys and so forth.

Great for Accessory workouts.
Love my BD-33 rack and already have the dip attachments. One thing I was missing after quitting the gym was the ability to do tricep extensions and lat pulldown assistance exercises. This lat tower works well and was easy to install. I haven't loaded more to 200 lbs on it but so far it has held up well. Also came with a full lat bar and a smaller bar and a chain.

Very nice home unit, not quite commercial grade
So far so good, packaging was questionable at best. But everything in fine shape. Whole set takes hours to set up but nothing too bad. A helper at times would really make it work quicker. The lat part works nicely and very smooth for a home machine. Fly machine is less smooth but overall gets the job done, but this is not a commercial grade smoothness. But for 1k it’s well worth it not to have to travel. Not exact measurement but you will need approx 10x10 spot to make it work

Great product with a couple of annoyances
Great product with a couple of annoyances. 1. There are some rubber rings that hold the metal disk in place at the end of the cables. These aren't very tight so they move, thus the metal disk moves as well, which causes it to scrape on the plastic sheathing around the cable. Frustrating to have to stop doing a set to fix it. I ended up using hot glue to keep it in place. 2. With the foot pedals up, you can't use 45 lb weights because they will hit it. 3. The lat bar and lap bar are cheaper feeling than the rest of the unit and the rubber grips move and can come off which can take your focus off of contracting the right muscles.

Cheap Easy to put together Sturdy Con's
Five stars becuase it's very affordable and works well. Pro's: Cheap Easy to put together Sturdy Con's: 1" weight dolly pegs...should use 2" so Olympic plates would fit flush. It comes with clips so you can make your 2" plates work I have CAP all iron weight plates...the 25's will touch the foot pegs if you are doing a row workout...annoying...this does not effect lat pull work.

Not bad!!!
I ordered this power rack, so I can maximize my workouts. Box came in two parts, not a big deal. Pieces all there and enough washers and screws to assemble the rack with no issues. Assembled the rack with no problem, Welds seem clean and strong, and enough washers and screws to complete the assembly. Did a couple of workouts and it held up pretty well, pull-ups, bench press, shrugs, squats. Would definitely recommend this rack!

Does what it's supposed. Can do tons of different exercises with this lat pull. The lap bar is nice to have and helps focus in on form when doing seated stuff. It took a little tweaking to get the cables straight and tension correctly, but no big deal. The pulleys are not the highest quality, but is a good value for the $.

Excellent power rack!
Excellent power rack. A little wobble but nothing to be concerned about. Would recommend a good set of j-hooks to go with the rack. Took about 30 minutes with the aid of a cordless drill to assemble. Didn't want a forearm workout doing that by hand with a set of wrenches. Assembly was intuitive and well thought out.
