SRAM BB
Good price for a BB thatโs getting harder to find. Typical excellent SRAM quality.

Great looks, just works, why pay more
I was considering getting a Chris King or Phil Wood bottom bracket, but then realized how stupid that was. Why spend 4-5 times the amount for something that I have never had a durability problem with. Yes I replace my BB every 2-3 years; but even so I can get 8-12 years of replacements for the cost of a Chris King or Phil Wood. (Besides the Chris King needs regular maintenance). This newer model from SRAM/TruVativ has a much improved appearance, duplicating the curved bearing cup look found on the Kings and Woods. Easily installed. Use a torque wrench to make sure you get it on tight enough. Install and forget. Repeat every 2-3 years as needed. I have 4 bikes, this BB is on all of them. (I ride 80 mile per week on my road bike, 20 miles per week on my singlespeed MTB, I rarely ride the remaining two)

High Quality, Smooth Ride
Bought this to replace a creaky old bottom bracket on my Fuji and it made a world of difference. Much quieter, smoother ride, and much less effort to get up to speed.

Great Bottom Bracket
I have had my mountain bike (2012 Niner Jet 9) for about 8 years and never touched the bottom bracket, so it was time. I pulled out the old one and it was filled with dirt and grime. Actually initially bought the wrong bottom bracket. I have Truvativ cranks, so had to return that one and buy this one that is the GXP style.. Fits my bike and my cranks...thatโs important. Came with spacers on each side. Install was a snap. Bike is as good as new!

This is a good bottom bracket
I did have an issue with one of the bearing covers had fell off prior to installation. Once installed it was fine and is working great.

Great BB for a great price.
Great BB for a great price. I have been fixing bikes through the pandemic and there are so many solid and high end cranksets that use GXP sized bottom brackets. I just decided to buy a brand new one here on Amazon because everyone else is either selling this used for the same price as a new one. And some of the used ones have bad bearings - save money - buy this new and be done with it.

Perfect drop in replacement
This is a perfect OEM drop in replacement for my original Gary Fisher MB. This version with English cups is a bit stiffer with an overall smooth feel. A strong GXP design for $30. My bike felt better than when I took it out of the bike shop for the first time. Consider replacing the chain, chain rings and derailuer pulleys when getting this, chances are you probably need them like I did. I originally just got a new chain and bottom bracket but needed to rebuild the whole drive train.

SIX STARS!!
I did my custom hybrid 26er build up all SRAM X.7 for training. Hubs, cassette, chain, rear derailleur, front derailleur, GXP crankset, GXP bottom bracket, and shifters. My frame is all black aluminum alloy which the beautiful charcoal grey finish of the SRAM X.7 really goes well with. This is the most solid and clean shifting drive train I have ever had at this price point! I do have ambitions of doing an unsupported TransAm next year and that build up will be all carbon fiber, with all SRAM Red components with eTap wireless electronic shifting. [...] But for now for my training, this is a very solid product. Very easy to install. Very clear and detailed instructions. Follow the instructions! I have an English 68mm BB on my frame. I used the 2 spacers which were included and it installed and fit perfectly with NO gap issues that I've seen some internet forum "experts" describe. Trust SRAM. I have, and it's yielded BIG TIME performance.
